This policy sets out how we will use and share the information that you give us whilst using the Try.Love.Buy website and surveys.
How we collect information about you and how we will use it.
COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
We aggregate opinion data and provide our advertising partners with analysis on the aggregated feedback of samples or advertising materials received. We also may provide individual entries which have been made anonymous through the removal of personally identifiable information.
You do not have to provide name and email address to access the Try.Love.Buy website or complete a survey. Entry to prize draws is voluntary.
We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose information in a form that does not personally identify you ("Non-Identifying Information") for any purpose.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you access our Service, we and our third-party service providers may use a variety of technologies, now and hereafter devised, that automatically record certain usage information. IP address is used to by us to monitor misuse of survey entries where there may be multiple attempts from individual devices and to monitor the number of new and repeat survey users’ overtime. We never share IP address with other companies nor store IP address with contact information.
As part of your use of our Site and as part of our Service to the brands we work with, we may ask you to submit feedback on certain products, by way of surveys, testimonials, ratings and reviews or other format. We, or our partners may publish some of the feedback you provide as quotes or soundbites outside of the Try.Love.Buy website, on social media for example or other websites.
Our brand partners may choose to publish reviews and testimonials on specialist review sites. This information may be published anonymously or with partial name and country in order to meet publishing criteria of certain third-party trust and review sites.
We may collect personal information in order to distribute follow up surveys, ratings and reviews and additional prize draws. We will always ask your consent as to whether you wish to be included in follow up campaigns.
During surveys we may ask if you wish to anonymously provide details of your Gender, Age (range), Employment Status, or Location. These details are used to categorise responses in the results we provide to our partners, but they are not at any point linked to any personally-identifying details you may provide elsewhere.
We may collect personal information should you consent to receiving marketing communications by opt-ing in to the Try.Love.Buy newsletter. Name, email address, gender and age (where provided) will be stored in order that we can fulfil marketing and communication obligations to you. You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications any time by hitting the unsubscribe link within the email or by contacting us at data.protection@relishagency.com and asking to be opt out.
We may collect personal information in order to notify you of a prize draw win. You do not need to enter a prize draw in order to complete a survey or provide feedback. If you choose to enter a prize draw, you will contacted by email if you win. Prize draws are managed in line with our terms and conditions which vary draw to draw. Please read the prize draw terms and conditions linked with any opt in statements. Data collected for the purposes of notifying winners will only be kept until the prize draw has concluded and will then be safely deleted.
If you choose to leave personal data during the questions provided or you consent to receive our Try.Love.Buy email newsletter, then your data will be processed in line with this policy.
We will only use your personal information when the law allows us to.
Data Sharing
Where you give your consent, your personal data may be shared with companies who are represented on the Try.Love.Buy website, and you will always be made aware if your data will be transferred whilst engaging with the company.
Your data may be shared with our parent company Whistl UK Limited in order for us to fulfil our obligations to you to which you have consented. For example, in order to fulfil an email communication where you have consented to receive an email.
Your aggregated or anonymised survey responses and feedback on any samples may be made available to our partners and companies represented on Try.Love.Buy. It may also be disclosed to a third party who acquires us, a member of our Group or substantially all of our assets.

We do not currently transfer data outside the UK or and the European Economic Area (the European Economic Area being the European Union and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, also referred to as the “EEA”) at present.
Should Relish ever require to send your data outside the UK or the EEA, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.
